Cost shouldn’t limit access to Catholic schools.
Tuition costs are increasing faster than family incomes across our state. This affects families in our parishes and neighborhoods, as well as non-Catholic families who want to provide their children with the opportunities and values of a Catholic school education.
While some Catholic schools can raise enough money to meet the needs of students in their communities, other schools cannot. With tuition assistance from Ascend, all families within the Archdiocese who wish to send their children to Catholic schools have that opportunity.
There are far more families in Western Oregon who want a Catholic school education for their children than there are who can afford it on their own.
